About Press'd

We started Press'd Juice Bar & Kitchen because we believe that good nutrition can change lives by improving quality of life. Juicing allows us to fuel our bodies with the raw nutrients and enzymes it needs and still keep pace with life's daily hustle and bustle.

Press'd is a family owned vegan/vegetarian grab-and-go juice bar offering cold pressed and custom juices, smoothies, wraps, daily fresh soups, salads, raw chocolates and desserts.

We operate an experimental, scratch kitchen meaning we make everything in house and from scratch and we're always trying new recipes.

We source organic and local produce whenever possible and make our juices and food in-house, fresh daily. Our selection of menu items will vary based on seasonal and local availability of certain produce. If you're craving something specific, please call ahead so that we can have your order ready!

Why Cold Press?

While juicing can help us consume more of the vital nutrients and beneficial live enzymes contained in fresh produce, most juicing machines use blades that spin at high speeds to break down and blend the produce. This high speed blending creates heat which diminishes the natural nutrient and enzyme content of raw produce.

Cold Pressing is different. This process slowly triturates raw produce into a pulp without creating any unnecessary heat. The pulp is then pressed with 1-2 tons of pressure, extracting every ounce of the juice from the fibers. Since this method creates minimal heat, it is the most effective way to preserve the raw nutrients and live enzymes.

Cold pressing takes more time, but you can taste and feel the difference. Plus, drinking juice that is pulp-free allows it to go right to the bloodstream and into the cells. Yes, we eat raw vegetables for the fiber, but we drink juice from which the fiber is removed so we can consume much more raw nutrient than we could possibly eat!

They’re slinging kombucha samples, @leguminati is serving up crunch wraps and cubans, our wraps and bars are in the fridge along with a huge variety of local kombucha brewers!
